Whether you work with the free or paid version of DaVinci Resolve, make sure it was downloaded from Blackmagic Design’s website. FxFactory plugins cannot be used from the DaVinci Resolve apps found on the macOS App Store.

The vast majority of our native plugins have already been updated to support DaVinci Resolve. Our app will automatically download and install these updates for you.
